How to use it
How do I use NATURACTIVE Royal Jelly?
You are advised to take 2 capsules in the morning and evening with a large glass of water (i.e. 220mg of Royal Jelly and 120mg per day).

Royal jelly* (220 mg freeze-dried powder) Buckwheat fibre* (146 mg) Envelope of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
*Ingredient from organic farming.
