How to use it
Psychological shock (bereavement, loss of job, break-up, phobia...) - Aromatic Flash 10 capsules D1 then 1 capsule 3 times a day D2, D3, D4 and D5
Overwork, stress - 3 capsules/day (before meals)
Anxiety attacks - 3 to 4 capsules in a single dose, repeated if necessary (before meals)
Support in case of anxiolytic withdrawal - 2 capsules 3 times a day (before meals) then reduce anxiolytics over a month
