How to use it
Temporary sleep disorders - 1 capsule twice a day (in the evening before meals and before bed time)
Support in case of hypnotic withdrawal or more acute insomnia - 3 capsules/day (1 in the evening and 2 before bed)
Night-time awakening - 2 capsules at bedtime (take 1 capsule if awakened during the night)
