IRON FORCE combines 40% of native proteins and 44% of carbohydrates (optimal ratio 1/1) with creatine *, for a development of muscular power and volume. Derived from 3 complementary sources (milk powder, concentrate and whey hydrolyzate) and obtained by cold processes, the Iron Force proteins remain intact and thus preserve all their nutritional qualities. They have a high biological value (IC = 113) for the maintenance of power and muscle strength.
