Developed to support women after childbirth, NATALBEN Mama is a complete food supplement that promotes post-partum recovery and well-being during breastfeeding. It also contributes to the healthy development of the breastfed baby through a targeted combination of micronutrients.
For the mother, NATALBEN Mama provides vitamins B6, B9, B12, and C, which help support normal psychological function and reduce tiredness and fatigue — common in the postnatal period. Vitamins B1 to B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism, helping to meet increased daily demands.

How to use it
Take 2 capsules per day in the middle of a meal, swallowed with a large glass of water.
NATALBEN Mama is recommended throughout the entire postpartum and breastfeeding period.
