How to use TePe interdental brushes?
Select the size where the bristles fit the interdental space perfectly. Gently insert between teeth and clean using a back-and-forth motion. Also ideal for cleaning around implants and dental appliances.
Use daily, preferably in the evening. Rinse after each use and replace when the bristles become splayed.
