TheraPearl Sports Pack with Strap is made up of pearls to combine hot or cold therapy to effectively relieve sportsmen and women's Pains. TheraPearl Technology gives the compress flexibility and malleability, allowing it to adapt perfectly to the Body. Non-toxic and reusable, this compress is ideal for tendonitis, synovitis, joint inflammation, contractures, blows and haematomas. It contains a 28.4 cm x 11.5 cm compress with holding strap.

How to use it
Heat therapy:
Ideal for contractures, muscular Pains and osteoarthritis. Recommended heating time : - For 700W = 35s - For 1000W = 30s - For 1250W = 25s
Cold therapy:
Ideal for tendonitis, synovitis, joint inflammation, tears, blows, haematomas and oedema. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Do not apply for more than 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. If necessary, reapply for a further 20 minutes.
