How to use it
How to use Picot Nursing Tea?
Place 1 sachet in 250 ml of hot (not boiling) water and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength. Drink 3–4 cups daily throughout the breastfeeding period.
For a milder taste, infuse for longer. Store sachets in a dry place, away from moisture.
