Omega-3 Total (200 ml) natural or Lemon flavour is made from natural wild fish oil, highly dosed but not concentrated, and organic cold-pressed olive oil as an antioxidant. A daily dose provides 2000 mg of Omegas. Thanks to its liquid form and pleasant taste, the oil is easy to take. It can be taken neat by the spoonful or mixed with a drink or food. The fish oil comes from sustainable fisheries and is free from harmful substances and PCBs.
Total Omegas oil is wild-caught. Fish oil is not obtained as a by-product of fish liver, but directly from fish flesh. Small fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught in the wild. Fishing is carried out in accordance with the strictest Norwegian guidelines and the recognised 'Friend of the Sea' certification.
Olive oil has been selected for its powerful antioxidant properties. Total Omega-3 contains organic extra virgin olive oil, which is also high in polyphenols. Some of our other Omegas also contain olive oil as an antioxidant. The polyphenol content of olive oil protects the Omegas from oxidation.
A daily dose (1 tablespoon / 8 ml) contains 20 µg of vitamin D3 / 800 IU. The vitamin D3 comes from sheep's wool and is added to our Omegas Total oil afterwards, as the essential fish oil purification step also eliminates the vitamin D naturally present in fish oil.

Unopened products should be kept out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Crystals may form at temperatures below 4°C. These crystals dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is advisable to shake the bottle briefly before use. Keep out of the reach of small children. After opening, the bottle should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 45 days. The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, equivalent to one tablespoon.
One bottle contains 200 ml. For normal consumption, one bottle is enough for around 25 days. The recommended Daily use should not be exceeded, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
