Valdispert Complete sleep is a food supplement designed to support the different stages of the night. Its timed-release formula targets falling asleep, staying asleep and waking up.

Support throughout the night

Valdispert’s formula combines melatonin, lemon balm, passionflower and vitamins B6 and B12 in three layers with different dissolution profiles. The first provides rapid release of melatonin and lemon balm within 15 minutes. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, while lemon balm contributes to night-time relaxation. The second layer gradually releases its active ingredients over 6 hours: passionflower supports healthy sleep and helps maintain sleep during the night. Finally, the third layer gradually releases vitamins B6 and B12 over 8 hours. These vitamins help reduce fatigue.

Three complementary layers

This formula brings together active ingredients designed to support different stages of the night, from falling asleep to waking up. The dissolution profiles were assessed in an internal study, using melatonin and vitamin B6 as markers. Take 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This food supplement therefore combines several active ingredients in a timed-release formula to support sleep and waking, in line with the benefits described.

Ingredients: bulking agents (cellulose, calcium phosphates), stabilisers (mannitol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium alginate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), dry passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L, aerial parts with flowers), dry lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), thickener (xanthan gum), colourings (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, iron oxides and hydroxides), maize starch, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Composition per tablet:

Melatonin: 1.9 mg in total; lemon balm: 80 mg; passionflower: 150 mg; vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100% of the reference intake); vitamin B12: 2.5 µg (100% of the reference intake).
