Agaricus blazei is a mushroom with the particularity of being able to grow outside shady areas, hence its name Sun Mushroom. It contains vitamins B, C and D, polysaccharides and beta-glucans. The latter are known to modulate the immune system. Each capsule contains 400mg of extract standardised to 50% polysaccharides, including 50% beta-glucans. This extract is obtained using an environmentally respectful water extraction process. The mushrooms are grown in accordance with strict organic farming standards.
