How to use it
How to use ZzzQuil nasal strips?
Before application, clean and dry your nose thoroughly. Remove the protective film and place the strip centred over your nose bridge, pressing outwards from the middle. Hold in place for 30 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.
To remove: lightly moisten with warm water, gently lift the ends and peel away. For single use only – dispose of after use. Do not apply to oily or made-up skin.
