How to use Alvityl Assimyl+ Serenity?
Take 2 to 3 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach with a large glass of water. Avoid a high-protein breakfast to optimise tyrosine absorption.
Compositions & ingredients

Active ingredients (per 2 to 3 tablets): Layer 1 Lactium®: 100 mg to 150 mg; L-tyrosine: 160 mg to 240 mg. Layer 2 Safr’Inside™: 30 mg to 45 mg; L-tryptophan: 250 mg to 375 mg; Vitamin B9: 200 µg to 300 µg (100 % to 150 % NRV); Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg to 2.1 mg (100 % to 150 % NRV); Vitamin D3: 5 µg to 7.5 µg (100 % to 150 % NRV)
