This formula combines micronised melatonin, L-tryptophan, valerian extract, lemon balm extract and vitamin D3. The Assimyl+ technology ensures high bioavailability and chronobiological release: the bilayer tablet first releases melatonin to aid falling asleep, while the other active ingredients work gradually over 8 hours to support restorative sleep.

How to use Alvityl Assimyl+ Sleep?
Take 1 tablet with a glass of water 30 minutes before bedtime. To optimise tryptophan absorption, avoid a protein-rich dinner.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agent: sorbitol; L-tryptophan; dried root extract of Valeriana officinalis L. (Europe); maltose; dried leaf extract of Melissa officinalis L. (Europe); thickening agents: karaya gum, sodium alginate; stabiliser: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids; micronised melatonin; vitamin D3.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For adults aged 18 and over. Not recommended for children and adolescents. Should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with inflammatory, autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, asthma, mood, behaviour or personality disorders, or those taking medication or requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness could pose a safety risk. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children. Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place.
