How to use it
To turn on the thermometer, press the green light on / off button, an audible signal indicates that the device is switched on. A display test is performed and displays all the display symbols. If the ambient temperature is below 32 ° C, "---" and a "° C" symbol appear and the thermometer is ready for use in all areas of the body. (If the ambient temperature is above 32 ° C, the temperature and a flashing "° C" will be displayed.)
During measurement, the current temperature is displayed continuously. The symbol "° C" flashes during this time. The measurement is completed when the beep sounds (beep beep x 10), and the "° C" no longer flashes.
To extend the life of your batteries, turn the thermometer off with the on / off button. Otherwise, the thermometer will turn off automatically after 10 minutes.
