How to use it
How to use Elgydium?
Use a soft toothbrush with the toothpaste and clean your teeth and gums thoroughly for 2 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day, ideally after meals. Brush all tooth surfaces, then spit out without rinsing thoroughly.
If you use other fluoride-containing products, seek advice from your dentist or doctor.
