Brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day, ideally after each meal. Use a pea-sized amount of gel and brush for 2 minutes for optimal effectiveness. This multi-action toothpaste cleans, protects and freshens in a single step.
For long-lasting results, complement with dental floss or mouthwash as needed.
