This is a good product but ...it was not the product I was sent. I got the basic one, not the stronger "reinforced" one, which I've bought in France before. The basic one doesn't work for me, and the tablets are big and round and impossible to swallow, unlike the ones I ordered. I had no reply to my emails asking what the company would do about it so using this website has been an expensive mistake for me, I won't be using them again.
