Because Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the Body, ZzzQuil Sleep is non-addictive.
Each gum contains 1.0 mg Melatonin, 30 mg Valerian extract, 10 mg Chamomile extract, 10 mg Lavender extract and 1.4 mg Vitamin B6 (i.e. 100% of your Nutrient Reference Value). Our gummies contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. They are available in Mango and Banana flavours, as well as in the Original Wild Fruit version. And to top it all off, they are lactose-free and gluten-free.
ZzzQuil Sleep is easy to take: just chew one gum 30 minutes before going to bed.
*Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. Allow at least 6 hours' sleep.

How to use it
For adults only. Use as required. Take one gum 30 minutes before bedtime, allowing at least 6 hours' sleep to avoid drowsiness.
