How to use it
Struggling to fall asleep or dealing with jet lag?
Chronodorm Flash is designed to be sprayed under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime.
This food supplement combines melatonin with plant extracts and vitamin B6. Do not exceed 6 sprays per day.

Do not combine with any other medication without medical advice. Do not exceed 6 sprays per day. Use within 6 months of opening.
