How to use it
Sleep: take 3 spray Spray n'Sleep day in the mouth 30 minutes before bedtime. For information, a minimum of 1 mg per day consumption is necessary for this beneficial effect. Time difference: take 3 spray Spray n'Sleep 30 minutes before bedtime, the first day of the trip and the following few days the day of arrival at destination. For information, a minimum of 0.5mg per day consumption is necessary for this beneficial effect.
Shake before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
This dietary supplement is not a drug. Can replace a varied and balanced diet. Consume as part of a healthy lifestyle. Should be kept out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not associate with taking sleeping pills and other sedatives.
