How to use Granions Somdor+ Melatonin?
Begin with one tablet per day, taken with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime. Continue as needed on subsequent evenings. For best results, avoid screens before bed and create a calm environment.
This supplement is designed for occasional use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not recommended for children under 12 (valerian). Avoid if you have a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer (hops).
