Chronobiane is a sublingual spray based on melatonin and hawthorn extracts. Recommended in case:
- you occasionally wake up at night - you have difficulty falling asleep - you have desynchronized sleep patterns ( time difference, jet lag etc).
Spray format: The sublingual spray format ensures a better and faster melatonin action. Practical and easy to take around. 20 ml bottle ensures about 150 sprays.
Active ingredient: melatonin One of the essential elements of falling asleep is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland in the dark. By secreting melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it is time to go to sleep.
The synthesis of melatonin in the absence of light reaches a peak between 2 and 4 am and then decreases during the second half of the night to prepare your awakening. For some individuals, this message no longer works correctly, causing difficulties in falling asleep or shifting sleeping patterns.
A "resynchronization" effect, however, may be obtained by boosting the melatonin intake by 1 or 2 sprays of Chronobiane at bedtime or at the moment of awakening (1 spray brings 0.5 mg of melatonin).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 to 2 sprays per day).

How to use it
Difficulties of falling asleep:
2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is recommended.
Jet lag :
1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the days following arrival at your destination (4 to 8 days).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Can be given to children only on medical advice. Not recommended for pregnant and / or lactating women, renal insufficiency, hepatic impairment, hormone replacement therapy for menopause and epileptics. For patients treated with warfarin, supplementation with melatonin requires regular medical advice.

Does the spray cause dependence? No. Chronobiane Instant is non-addictive and does not cause dependency. However, for prolonged use, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
