Plants with virtues traditionally recognised for their benefits on falling asleep and restful sleep. Valerian(1, 2) and hawthorn have a relaxing action that improves sleep and helps prevent fatigue. Passionflower helps maintain a natural, deep sleep. Hops, combined with Valerian extract, helps to limit nervous states and restore calm, restful sleep.
L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is the precursor of melatonin, the sleep hormone, and serotonin.
Magnesium, an essential trace element, is involved in the mechanisms that reduce irritability.
Vitamin B6 is an essential source of energy.

How to use it
Take 2 tablets, 1 with dinner and 1 just before bedtime, as a one-off or as part of a 15-day programme. Repeat if necessary
