How to use it
How to use Listerine Alcohol-free mouthwash with a fresh, mild mint flavour?
Use this mouthwash twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening, straight after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (the equivalent of 4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass. Rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out the solution.
To open the bottle, press the sides of the cap and twist. To close it, turn the cap until it locks securely.
