How to use it
How to use Listerine Total Care mouthwash with a milder mint flavour?
Use this mouthwash twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth thoroughly. Pour 20 ml (the equivalent of 4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass. Rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out the solution without swallowing it.
To open the bottle safely, press the sides of the cap firmly while turning it. After use, screw the cap back on until it clicks into place.
