How to use it
How to use Listerine Daily Total Care mouthwash?
Use this product twice a day, morning and evening, straight after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (the equivalent of four 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass. Rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out. To open the bottle, squeeze the sides of the cap and turn it. To close it, turn the cap until it locks into place.
