How to take Juvamine Melatonin and Passionflower?
For regular support, take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the evening before bedtime. If additional support is needed (such as during temporary stress or jet lag), take 2 capsules daily. Swallow whole with a glass of water—do not chew.
