How to use it
How do I use Nexcare hot/cold pads?
For cold therapy: place the pad in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply it to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes, wrapped in its cover or a towel.
For heat therapy: warm it in the microwave (2 x 30 seconds at 640W) or in boiling water (60 seconds). Knead the pad to distribute the heat evenly before use.

Do not use on sensitive or damaged skin. Individuals with known or suspected nervous or circulatory disorders should not use this product unless under medical supervision. The pad can be hand-washed with a mild detergent. Do not use alcohol or other solvents to clean the pad.
