How to use it
Léro Noctuline can be taken in 2 ways: - 3 sprays* under the tongue once a day, before bedtime or if you wake up at night,
- 1 spray under the tongue before bedtime in the event of jet lag for 5 days.
*3 sprays deliver 1.8 mg of melatonin.
100% vegetarian, made in France.
