Certain fatty acids are said to be "essential" because the body cannot synthesise them on its own. They must therefore be provided by the diet and Food Supplements. These fatty acids contribute to the body's proper physiological functioning by ensuring the constitution and integrity of the membranes of all the Body's cells and by acting on the production of essential substances.
The combination of 3 oils: borage, salmon and flax ensures an optimal supply of essential fatty acids: omega-3, 6 and 9.
Cold sea fish oil is molecularly distilled to remove dioxins, PCBs and heavy metals. This process also reduces oxidation of the oil and keeps it stable. Fish oil provides Omegas fatty acids: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
The Flax oil in this complex is of organic origin. Flaxseed oil is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids: alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) and cis-linoleic acid (omega-6) and monounsaturated fatty acid: oleic acid (omega-9).
Borage oil is a source of gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6) and cis-linoleic acid (omega-6).
The latter two oils are first cold-pressed and, above all, guaranteed free from hexane, a solvent that is toxic to the central nervous system and commonly used in extraction processes.

How to use it
Take one to four capsules a day with a meal.
This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Store at room temperature (15°C-25°C) in a dry place protected from light. For adults and adolescents only. Keep out of reach of young Children.
Do not exceed the daily dose indicated.
