How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Balsam Fir Essential Oil?
For internal use: Take 1–2 drops on a sugar cube or in honey, 2–3 times daily. For diffusion, add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser. For massage (bronchitis, rheumatic conditions), dilute 40 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil.
For inhalation: Add 2 drops to a bowl of hot water. For bath use, blend 20 drops with a neutral base. Always follow the recommended dosages.
