How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet mountain savory essential oil?
For internal use: Take 1–2 drops on a sugar cube or in honey, 2–3 times daily. For massage, dilute 100 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil. Apply to the soles of the feet to relieve fatigue or to the abdomen to aid digestion.
For diffusion: Add 2 drops to a bowl of hot water or 20 drops to a bath. To ease respiratory infections, massage the chest and back. In cooking: Use 1 drop per 500 g of food.
