Distilled part: aerial parts of the flowering plant.
Chemotype: carvacrol, paracymene.
Extraction: steam.

Supplements.
It is not recommended to exceed the daily dose indicated.
This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
Pregnant or milk feeding women, Children under 3: do not use.

How to use it

Diffusion into the air.

Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.

In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.

Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.

Fungal infections, warts, corns, calluses, disinfecting and healing wounds, rheumatism: apply locally.
General tiredness: massage the soles of the Feet.
Difficult digestion, intestinal infections: massage the stomach in a clockwise direction.
Immune weakness: massage the soles of the feet, the inside of the wrists and the solar plexus.
Breathing infections (flu): massage the chest and upper back.

Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.

In the kitchen:

Pasta and dishes in sauce: add one drop of essential oil per 500g.
To make an aromatic, digestive oil: add 15 drops of savory essential oil to half a litre of olive oil.
