How to use it
Dilute in Plant oils at a rate of 40 drops per 100ml of plant oil.
Apply locally by massaging.
Massage the stomach in a clockwise direction.
Dilute in alcohol: 100 drops for 100ml of 70° alcohol.
Cellulite: apply locally.
Diffusion into the air:
To purify the air.
breathing infections.
General fatigue, depression, stress.
In the bath: 10 drops diluted in a bath base.
Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
In the kitchen:
Pasta and dishes in sauce: add one drop of essential oil per 500g (makes dishes easier to digest).
To make an aromatic, digestive oil: add 15 drops of oregano essential oil to half a litre of olive oil.

Distilled part: aerial parts of the plant. Chemotype: carvacrol, paracymene. Extraction: with steam.
It is not recommended to exceed the stated daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Pregnant or breast-feeding women, Children under 3: do not use.
