Chronobiane LP contains 1.9 mg of sustained-release melatonin.

For people with very fragmented sleep (several night-time awakenings) or who wake up early, melatonin helps them to fall back asleep. The beneficial effect of the product is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

Product benefits: a double-layer tablet for prolonged release of melatonin throughout the night.

One box contains 60 double-layer tablets, enough for 2 months' supplementation.

One of the essential elements of the sleep mechanism is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland when darkness falls.
By secreting melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it's dark and that it's a good time to sleep.
Melatonin synthesis begins in the absence of light, peaking between 2 and 4 a.m. and decreasing during the second half of the night in preparation for waking.
In some individuals, this message no longer functions correctly, leading to difficulties in falling asleep or shifts in sleep times.

How to use it
