Chronobiane LP is an innovative food supplement with its dual action bi-layer tablet that provides rapid release and sustained release of melatonin. It is suitable for: - people who have difficulty falling asleep, - people over 60 who have difficulty falling asleep.
Chronobiane LP is composed of melatonin which helps reduce sleep time, marine magnesium which helps to reduce fatigue and vitamin D3 (derived from sheep's lanolin). Chronobiane LP also contains Vitamin E protecting cells against oxidative stress.
The product: A dual-action double-layer tablet The Chronobiane LP tablet consists of two layers of which one rapidly releases melatonin to facilitate sleep.
One box contains 60 two-layer tablets, a 2-month complement.
Focus: Melatonin One of the essential elements of the sleeping mechanism is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland with darkness. By secreting melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it is dark and that it is the right time to sleep. The synthesis of melatonin begins in the absence of light and reaches a peak between 2 and 4 am and then decreases during the second half of the night to prepare awakening. In some individuals, this message no longer works correctly, causing difficulties in falling asleep or shifting sleeping moments.
A "resynchronization" can be obtained by reinforcing its melatonin intake by taking 1 tablet of Chronobiane LP one hour before bedtime (intake of 1 mg of melatonin: 0.5 g of melatonin with rapid release and 0.5 Mg of melatonin sustained release). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 tablet per day).

How to use it
1 tablet (1 mg melatonin) a day with a glass of water. To obtain the beneficial effect, it should be taken 1 hour before bedtime. For continuous use over several months, medical advice is recommended.
Storage: in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients:Bulking agents: calcium phosphates and microcrystalline cellulose, Hyprorimag® (rice protein hydrolysate and magnesium oxide), magnesium oxide, Andansonia digitata baobab powder (pulp), thickeners: sodium alginate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stereate, vitamin D3, vitamin E, melatonin, Colourings: spirulina and apple concentrate and lemon and safflower concentrate.

Vitamin D3 10µg, i.e. 200% NRV* Vitamin E 1.8mg (15% NRV*) Magnesium 150mg (40% NRV*) Melatonin 1mg

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of Children. Not recommended for Children under 12. For people under 18, seek medical advice.
