How to use it
Herbal Teas:Pour boiling water over the part of the plant you wish to use. Leave in contact for 10 to 15 minutes, then filter.This process is suitable for most flowers, leaves and other fragile parts.Decoction:Leave the plant in contact with water for 15 to 30 minutes. Maceration: Keep the plant in contact with water at around 25°C for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. These two processes are suitable for most roots, rhizomes and barks, and Herbal Teas and decoctions should be prepared as and when required.
