For nervous disorders: Apply two drops of diluted lavender in 20 drops of vegetable oil (if possible sweet almond oil) and massage them along the spinal column, foot arches, solar plexus and/or the internal part of the wrists.
Spray 40 drops of the lavender throughout the day (to relax) and/or night (to sleep) with the help of a diffuser.
In the bath: Pour 10 drops into a soupspoon with a neutral cleaning base into a hot bath. Relax in the bath for 20 minutes, dry yourself without rinsing and go to bed.
Skin: Apply 2 to 4 drops onto the irritated or infected area.
Pains: Apply 2 to 4 drops, diluted in a soupspoon of vegetable oil, directly onto the affected area (massage into stomach if the pain is digestive).
In the Bath: Pour 10 drops into a soupspoon with a neutral cleaning base or powdered milk into a hot bath. Immerse yourself in the bath for a good 20 minutes, dry yourself without rinsing and go to bed.
Digestive spasms: Take 2 drops with a tablet, a teaspoon of olive oil or a quarter of sugar, 3 times a day.
Lice - "shock" effect!
Apply 25 drops of tea tree + 25 drops of lavender diluted in 100ml of sweet almond oil.
Spread half of the mixture onto wet hair, before shampooing, then comb the wet hair and empty the rest of the mixture onto the scalp. Comb again section by section, from the skull to the tip of the hair, going from the forehead to the back of the neck.
Envelop the skull in a plastic film and let act for 2 hours.
Rinse, shampoo your hair twice and then rinse thoroughly.
Use an anti-nit comb to make sure you have eliminated them all.
Reapply the treatment 15 days later to make sure to eliminate any lice or nits which "escaped" the initial treatment.
