How to use ZzzQuil Sleep gummies?
For adults only. Take one gum 30 minutes before bedtime, only when needed. Allow for a full night’s sleep of at least 6 hours to avoid daytime drowsiness. Do not exceed one gum per day.
For best results, avoid screens and stimulants (such as coffee or tea) in the evening.
