Santarome Somnifor is a dietary supplement with 4 actions to bring you peaceful nights. How to use it
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water (20cl). In the event of jet lag: 1 tablet just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
