Santarome Somnifor is a dietary supplement with 4 actions to bring you peaceful nights. Helps you fall asleep more quickly, wake up less easily at night, get a good night's sleep and relax more efficiently. Somnifor is made up of 4 active plant ingredients, one active ingredient in essential oils and 3 carefully selected buds.
Our unique formula contains a high dose of Melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and Passionflower, which relaxes and prolongs sleep. It also contains Valerian, which activates the release of GABA, a brain neuromediator considered to be a natural stimulant. California Poppy and Linden encourage a peaceful sleep. Finally, Essential Oil of Lavender will reduce anxiety and stress.

How to use it
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with a large glass of water (20cl).
In the event of jet lag: 1 tablet just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
