INGREDIENTS (per daily dose) bulking agent: maltitol - acidifying agent: citric acid - dry extract of aerial parts of Californian poppy(Eschscholzia californica Cham.) - gelling agent: pectin - hawthorn bud glycerol macerate(Crataegus laevigata L.), linden bud glycerol macerate (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), fig tree bud glycerol macerate (Ficus carica L.) - dry extract of valerian root(Valeriana officinalis L.) - dry extract of passion flower aerial parts (Passiflora incarnata L.) - natural flavouring - acidifying agent: sodium citrate - carrot and blackcurrant concentrate - antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols - coating agent: carnauba wax - melatonin - essential oil of lavender flowering tops(Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) Valerian: EU origin.
Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breast-feeding women, or people suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery for 4 or 5 hours after taking melatonin. If you are taking medication (anti-epileptics, anti-asthmatics, anti-depressants, sleeping pills, other sedatives, etc.), do not take without medical advice.
