How to use it
How to use Sante Verte Somniphyt Total Night LP?
Take one tablet daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption. This supplement supports restorative sleep and can be taken as part of a short-term or extended course.
For best results, avoid stimulants such as coffee or tea in the evening and maintain a regular bedtime routine.
