How to use it
Take 2 to 4 capsules a day during menstrual discomfort and/or 3 to 4 days before with a large glass of water. Consume as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Do not exceed the daily dose. Not recommended for Children under 12. Not recommended for pregnant or Milk feeding women. Not recommended for prolonged use. May cause drowsiness in certain people and at certain doses (2 capsules or more). Store in a dry place away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of Children.
