Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body which regulates our internal clock on the sleep/wake cycle (also known as the circadian cycle). Melatonin is produced under the effect of darkness and causes us to fall asleep. When dawn breaks, light inhibits melatonin secretion and our biological clock goes into wakeful mode.
Chronodorm comes in the form of sublingual tablets to be melted under the tongue. These enable the melatonin in Chronodorm to be absorbed quickly into the bloodstream and act quickly.

How to use it
Leave one tablet to melt under the tongue half an hour before bedtime. It is advisable to always take the tablet at the same time. To be taken over a period of 15 days or occasionally. Repeat if necessary.
For travellers who want to reduce the effects of jet lag with melatonin: let one tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the night before departure. Take another tablet half an hour before bedtime for a few days after your arrival.
