The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg before bedtime. The relaxing action of poppy extract helps you get a good night's sleep. Vitamin B6, which enriches the formula, helps to reduce fatigue.
SpasmineNuit Endormissement Flash is also suitable for people who work shifted hours (change of lifestyle, jet-lag). The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
