How to use it
How to use Listerine Kids Red Fruit Alcohol-Free Mouthwash?
For best results, use this mouthwash twice daily, ideally in the morning and evening just after brushing your teeth. Measure exactly 20 ml (about 4 teaspoons) directly into a glass without adding water.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly, swirling the liquid actively around your teeth and along your gums for a full 30 seconds. Once the time is up, spit out the solution completely without swallowing.
