How to use it
For adults only. Use as required Shake before use. Take 4 to 6 sprays (1 mg to 1.5 mg of melatonin) in your mouth 30 minutes before bedtime. Allow at least six hours' sleep to avoid drowsiness.
To be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young Children. Consult a health professional: if you experience sleep problems over a prolonged period, before use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or trying to become pregnant, if you are taking medication, if you suffer from a chronic illness, if you are taking medication or another sleep product. Do not use during activities requiring sustained alertness. Do not drink alcohol while taking this product. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
