How to use IBSA FilmTec?
For adults only, take this orodispersible film 30 minutes before bedtime. Place it on your tongue, where it will dissolve instantly without the need for water. One film per day is sufficient, unless directed otherwise by a healthcare professional.
Perfect for travel or adjusting to changing routines, its discreet format makes it easy to carry anywhere. Avoid bright screens after taking to enhance its effectiveness.
