Using IBSA FilmTec technology, IBSA has developed a new range of Food Supplements in the form of orodispersible films.
The new formulations consist of an ultra-thin strip of small dimensions (thickness: 50-150 pm); once deposited on the tongue, the film dissolves in a few seconds, guaranteeing rapid bioavailability of the active ingredient.
IBSA Food Supplements in the form of orodispersible films are an excellent solution even for people who have difficulty swallowing the usual oral forms with water.

IBSA Melatonin 1.9 mg is available in orodispersible film form, making it easy and convenient to take without water. Once placed on the tongue, it melts in a few seconds.
IBSA Melatonin 1.9 mg can be taken at any time and in any situation, even by people who have difficulty swallowing, who are bedridden or who are particularly frail.

FilmTec® IBSA Melatonin 1.9mg is a food supplement based on Melatonin, Vitamin B6, Chamomile and Lavender, with sweeteners.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and reduces the effects of jet lag**.
Vitamin B6 contributes to a normal energy Metabolism, the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems, normal psychological functions and reduced fatigue.
Chamomile promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation and sleep, in cases of stress, and mood stability.

How to use it

We recommend taking 1 Filme a day, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Important: do not handle the orodispersible film with wet hands.

Make sure your hands are not wet.
Remove the film from its wrapper and place it on your tongue 30 minutes before bedtime. It will melt in a few seconds.
Repeat the operation every evening when you feel the need.
